Partner & co-founder
A foundation in numbers, commerce and entrepreneurship: Olaf studied accountancy at the HvA, built a sales background that he sharpened in practice, and started out on his own in real estate. At New Group Capital he focuses on deal sourcing and structuring, new partnerships, and building the shared services — from marketing to business optimisation — that help the companies keep growing. He thinks like a long-term owner: not how quickly a deal can close, but where the next capital will deliver the most.

Olaf Bosma
Olaf grew up in the Netherlands. A seasoned sports fanatic — squash, padel, tennis, running, judo, boxing, football and hiking have all featured; these days mostly strength training. And always up for a good restaurant.

Jonas van Kalken
Partner & co-founder
At nineteen Jonas left for Israel to work at a family office. For five years he was part of the deal team — data and financial modelling, and steering change at companies after the acquisition — with particular expertise in tech and cybersecurity companies. He then started out on his own as an M&A adviser. At New Group Capital his work revolves around the financial core that keeps a company healthy: financial and cash flow management, legal structuring and raising finance. Together with Olaf he sets the strategy of NGC and the companies.

Jonas van Kalken
Jonas grew up in the Netherlands and moved to Spain at the age of eight. He sails, trains strength and enjoys cooking. And just like Olaf: always up for a good restaurant.
