New Group Capital acquires established companies and keeps them — indefinitely. No fund, no end date, no resale. For an entrepreneur who wants to hand over their company without it disappearing, we are a permanent home.
Our role is that of a capital allocator, not an operational manager. Management decides on its own course; we focus on where the next pound of capital delivers the most return. Extreme decentralisation of operations, tight discipline on capital — that is the combination that keeps good companies growing for years.
Where management wants it, our shared services are ready — marketing, finance, IT and AI. No obligation, but available whenever the company asks for it. And because we hold indefinitely, there is only one way for us to do well: to let the company flourish, year after year. Our interests are thereby aligned with those of the companies we acquire.
